Will it work for me?

Although nothing can be guaranteed, most women experience good results with hypopressives, feeling less symptomatic and either reducing the number to pads they use or not needing to wear them at all. 


What to expect and when will I start seeing results?

The first session (1 hour) focuses mainly on mastering the breathing technique, as this same technique is used in all the poses. 

The next sessions introduce all the foundation poses which can be put together in a flow. 

Most women start to feel improvements around week 4-5 of regularly practicing hypopressives, but this does depend on your symptoms.

We regularly review your symptoms to ensure progress is being made. 


What if I'm not based in Norwich, UK?​

No problem! I work with women online as well as in person. Online sessions are via Zoom so all you need is a webcam and a good internet connection.


Do I need to be super fit?

No not at all ( but also absolutely fine if you are) hypopressives is for everyone and every body shape and size.


How often do I need to practice?​

Whilst you're doing the course I'd recommend practicing 5-6 times a week for around 15 minutes. This can then be reduced once you're in the maintenance phase.


Do I need any special equipment?

Nope! You may want to use an exercise mat for extra comfort in some of the poses and a cushion or blanket can be useful for the kneeling poses. 


How much do it cost?

The 8 Week course is £80 and can be paid in 2 £40 installments.

The 12 Week course is £120 and can be paid in 3 £40 installments.
